Rs. 150 per quarter to be paid at the beginning of every quarter. At the time of new account opening AMC to be paid upfront for two quarter. In case of closure of account, AMC will be levied full for the prevailing quarter.
Plus Depository charges of Rs.500/-per annum for corporate accounts in case of NSDL and CDSL accounts

Periodic Bills and Transactions statements and other communications will be sent by email only. Terms and Conditions for the same to be mandatorily executed. Requests for physical statements will be charged as mentioned above. |

| E-Koole Charges |
Rs . 5,000 one time upfront activation charges. Rs 1,000 AMC payable per annum to be paid in advance at the time of new account opening and thereafter at the start of every year
